Justin - Keep taking pics of your work. I am living vicariously since I never got that deep into my engine.

Installed the ARP studs, and working on valves and valve springs. I never intended to machine the head or mess with new valve guides but I’ve dumped so much into the build I’m wondering if it’s foolish not to. Nothing visually appears wrong but also not much you can tell visually...

Man that’s going back a ways.

I’m 99% sure I got them from Real Street. They had a combo package which was the pistons and eagle rods. IF I remember correctly, there weren’t like a ton of options. I think there was high and low compression, and then standard and slightly oversized. But as far as a specific part number I don’t have that sorry.

@JSATX Do you happen to have the part numbers for your pistons and rods? I think I'll be ordering soon and I want to be sure I get something I know works. I imagine anything L61 works, but you never know. I would order straight from ZZP, but they are out of stock. Wiseco says 6-8 weeks, Eagle says late September.

I'm looking at https://auto.wiseco.com/k583m86 and https://www.eaglerod.com/item/5523493-4340-h-beam-rod-cavalier-22eco4-4?category=196659
