The intercooler is mostly complete. I am swapping out the 2.5" inch coupler and pipe from the turbo for 2" piping. The clearance around the coils works but is tight. Also need to trim a bit on couplers and build a bracket for the lower bolt holes.

Once the whole car is together I will come back and build a ducting system for cleaner air.

A little late night progress. Excites for this weekend as long as my powdercoating items are finished!

I vote you order another kit to build another... and put this one in a museum.... too shiny to hit the roads!

Very interesting intercooler setup. Would love to hear how it works later on. With that piping, it almost looks like you would have room to add in a l2a cooler as well.

Me too, haha. I'm just winging it over here. Keep in mind in Washington our temps stay quite low. I will test temps before the ducting work is completed and after.

Got things together enough to ensure wheel fitment is good, check initial suspension settings, move it in the garage and honestly just wanted to see it on the ground!

I realized how low they sit. It's hard to fully understand until you stand next to one.

I love it.

We thought the same thing the first time it was on the ground. You get so used to it being up in the air for so long during a build and then when it hits the ground it catches you off guard. You will get used to it soon.

Love the wheels and tires. I may have to keep that saved for possible future use. I haven't bought new tires yet, waiting until next year. I love the wide tires. Looks really good.

Thanks! NT555 G2s if you were wondering. Nice tire and a great price.

Finished my headlight brackets.

Does anyone know the wrench size for the inner portion of the rear tie rod that screws into the center bracket....not at home and stopping by the auto store on the way back.

We tap the small holes 10-32. Make sure it got tapped. I can't tell from the image if the holes have threads.

It did, thanks the the info on the size!

Are these lines just supposed to be pushed on or are they supposed to have clamps?
