Plug with no place to go 06 ss/sc

I got my 06 ss/sc up and running. I have gotten all plugs and hoses figured out except one.
It comes out by the intake with the main harness.
Car runs rough and I think the plug has something to do with it.
It is a green plug with two wires.
Any help would be much appreciated

That is the air temp sensor plug. Should have had a grey plug in piece about the size of a golfball and you mount that under the fuel cell

Yeah, the one that reads the degrees on the gauge cluster. That would not have anything to with the engine running poorly.

There should be a small nipple towards on the other side of the throttle body. Make sure that it blocked off, then also ensure that the MAF sensor is pointed the right direction.
