Sensor

Something witty
There is a sensor just above radiator on the front frame cross, it appears to be a crash detection sensor. It is wired in with the headlight bundle. I would believe it's important to keep and not damage. How did you guys remove it?

You don't have to keep this piece. Just unplug the connector. You'll be removing the wires that go to it when you thin out the wiring harness.

We removed that sensor yesterday. They are actually screws. The ends you see are the tips of the screws with a male torx end. I have a set of those sockets so it want hard for us to back the screws out. However, you should be able to cut some metal away in the front to access the phillips "head" end of the screw.
