Spacer w/elongated hole - Where does it go?

When I dropped the subframe, a 1/2" thick spacer with an elongated hole in it fell out of the front. I've been looking for over an hour on here because I know someone else posted about it and I cannot find it. Where does this spacer go? I figured it was in the front maybe the radiator support, but can find out for sure.

Is that just the rusted nut that came out of the nut cage?

It would have been a good idea if me to post a picture. The best I can tell it came from the radiator area where it mounts to the subframe. I put it back up in there but I'm not sure if it's right. It does match the oblong hole in the upper body are where the top of the radiator

It's about 2" in diameter and about 1/2" thick.
