Who won the Off-road Goblin?

Anyone know who won the off-road Goblin. Someone from Tennessee. They should join us in Arkansas in May.

Yeah, I found out on the FB post. I thought I posted something here about it but I guess I didn't.

I did invite him to the Spring Meet since he will have a finished car. I don't know if he will have it licensed yet or not.
