wiring harness and engine compatibility

I hope someone can point me in the right direction on a question I have. in anticipation of building a Goblin I purchased a 2009 2.0 turbo engine with 5 speed. both are very low miles in excellent condition and a super price. I know that other parts would be needed to install. my question is this. if I use the correct ecm for this engine could I use a wiring harness from a non turbo car and must it be of the same model year.

because non turbo cars are plentiful and cheap here in south fl. if this would work saves aggravation of the turbo model search and some cash. after reviewing the wiring harness preparation videos there is no mention of a difference in the harness itself. makes me wonder.

thanks for your reply Briann1177. I will hold off buying a donor car until I have a better understanding of this issue. perhaps other members will comment as well.
I am aware of the difference in the hard parts between na cars and turbo models. thanks again

I believe you really need the BCM that went with the ECM. The BCM is the Body Control Module and is part of the car. I was under the impression they are programmed together. You may need to find a turbo car that has both the ECM and BCM. I don't know if I could help you much on the harness part.
