I have a Goblin AT, that I don't plan to build. I have been meaning to put it up for sale, but haven't. I'd even let it go for less than what you mentioned above. Get in touch with me and Ill send you the build sheet & details. [email protected]

I think I'm going to sell my orange Goblin if you're interested in a finished car. We are building three cars for instructional videos so I may keep one of them for myself.
This is a great car and comes with a tow bar so you can tow it back home with you.
It has a stock supercharged engine and drives really well.
It can be yours for the low low of price of just $19,000

I think about half of our customers have ridden in this car so if you need any references you can ask the forum.

This is our latest passenger. Steve Meyer and his dad Bill who happens to be 92 years old picked up two frames to take back to Wisconsin.
We had a blast hanging out with them.

I'm not sure the OP is from Pittsburgh. He said he is looking to buy but didn't say where.

I can't believe y'all did that I guess we will have to kick you off the forum.
I just did it too
I guess Adam will have to kick me off too.
All's good. Keep posting. Y'all are the best part of the business.
NOPE! I deleted my post. I do not want to make my parts supplier mad

I’m about an hour drive from Pittsburgh, but I’m hoping to stay true to my budget of 14-15k ideally I would take a half complete one and envision my build from there using stock suspension and seeing what I can do to accommodate what I want

Hello, I am the guy who said that I have a DF A/T available & can sell it for far less than what you have budgeted. This may be a long story so buckle in and hold on. Lonny knows me, obviously knows the car, and knows the owner of the car. So, he will likely confirm the first part of the story if you want to check into it.
My name is Faron Smith, I am the guy who led the fight with the State of Texas because they were not granting Title or Registration to Assembled Vehicle Owners. After a three-year battle, we will be able to get our cars back on the road legally in April of 2020. The fight garnered publicity from all over the world & I was able to make friends from all over. I am not a DF Kitcar Owner, I am a Fiberglass Dune Buggy Owner. The same can be said of Roy Robins the actual owner of the Kit. Roy is a Resident of Virginia; however, he has been working in a Gas Refinery near Galveston, Texas as a IT specialist for over a year.
Normally Dune Buggies are powered by VW motors, transaxle and the such. But with the age of a classic VW, and unreliably of an old car many people are looking for ways to run a modern water-cooled engine & automatic transmission. That being said Roy bought the DF A/T and was going to take it to a Fiberglass shop in California and pay them to find a way to wrap a Dune Buggy Body around a DF A/T.
I live just South of Austin and have a Very Messy shop where Roy, JSATX, and I were going to build Roys DF A/T. I picked up the Goblin A/T and all of the other parts for Roy & brought it all back here where it has sat in my shop for months with no activity. Roy has lost interest in this project as he already has a Dune Buggy at home with a Cobalt motor in it, along with a couple of other projects spread across the country.
Roy is about to retire and make his way back to Virginia and sent me a text earlier today that asked me to follow up with you. I will list out all the options that are on the invoice from DF KitCar so you can see exactly what we are talking about. Roy is asking for $10,000.00 for this untouched kit and like I said he will be headed home in the not so distant future, and said that he is about 8 hours from you. He will deliver the kit to you if you are willing to pay a $10,000.00 for the kit. So you would get a new untouched DF Goblin A/T for $10,000.00
DF Goblin All Terrain Base Kit – DF Goblin All Terrain Base Kit, Easy entry door bars.

Parking Brake Kit – CNC machined Solstice calipers, rotors drilled to new pattern, DFKC caliper Adapter mounts, rotor centering rings.

I'm going to land right around $14k for my base model full kit build. That includes donor, lots of new parts, decent wheel/tire package, and a few options like coilovers and a hood. Are you just looking to avoid certain parts of the build process?
