Nope it’s before the cat, but after the flex. It’s the ZZP down pipe that comes with their entry level turbo kit though and has a designated bung specifically for a wideband

So I went ahead and just kinda jank wired it for the purposes of getting a reading but going to re-wire it properly once this issue is fully resolved. It is reading between 27 and 29. Most of the time hovering around 28. Is that what we want?

So I just traced the radiator fan wire, which appears to go to a 30A relay. The power actually travels from the supply, through the gauge/controller and then to the sensor. Are you saying to insert an inline fuse between the splice point into the fan wire, and the gauge?

Oh thats perfect - I left that little connector for the refrigerant sensor intact, so I'll just snip it and run a lead to that wire. For the keyed power, could I just splice into the radiator fan wire or intercooler fan wire?

@Gtstorey So as far as the wires coming from the gauge/controller, these are my assumptions - can you confirm that this is correct?: Red (power) - splice this into a 5 or 10 amp fuse. Any suggestions on which one? White (signal) - splice into AC pressure input. What color is this wire...

Working on the issue as much as I can through out the day as work allows, but I believe your diagnosis of "pig rich" may in have been accurate. I'm gradually pulling the fuel pressure down lower and it seems to be running better. Stay tuned. Want to give it a few hours to cool off and will get...

I actually have not installed the wideband yet. I can make that a project for today potentially though. Do you happen to know if there a good thread on wiring one of these? I have the AEM X-Series UEGO (NOT the OBD II one) that ZZP sells.

So when I give it throttle, the surging goes away completely. When I release it, the surging returns. Because it’s on a turbo tune, I don’t think it will run at all if I remove the charge pipe to see the throttle body. Watching the fuel pressure gauge, it does fluctuate when the surging happens...

@Rauq yep all new parts. New stock fuel pump, brand new fuel rail and injectors, new regulator. If I pull the vacuum line, the car will start and then pretty much immediately die. @Fozda files attached
