Maybe the connectors? Check the rear fuse box and see if all the 7mm bolts are snugged up on the lower connectors. Maybe loosen them, then reseat them. Same on the BCM.

I did this video on gutting the AC compressor. On the supercharged LSJ engine, the stock serpentine belt has 6 pulleys. If you remove the AC compressor pulley (Green), then the belt would interfere with the alternator pulley (Red). So gutting the AC compressor will leave us with an idler pulley...

VW has that paddle shifter in their DSG dual clutch 6 speed and 7 speed transmissions. I like that option. Honda offers a paddle shifter for their CVT transmission. Lol. That is like offering a paddle shifter for my electric car.

Good point. I was confusing the VSS for the crank position sensor. My LSJ has the vehicle speed sensor in the F35 transaxle, which should be unrelated to an engine misfire. The crank sensor does cause misfires, as I have had to fix that on my LSJ. Well then, the P0300 now looks like a better...
