As the title says. Has anyone installed a quick disconnect for there steering wheel? If so, what brand? Does one for a cobalt fit? Thanks
Does this set up feel tight? I have the DF quick release and I feel that there is some deflection around the hub. Left to right and top to bottom. With a solid steering wheel attached everything is tight.I am going with the NRG that Lonny has on his Goblin. If you do a quick release, you will want to go with an aftermarket (5 hole) steering wheel. I went with a MOMO steering wheel. The one in the kit is only 3 hole and will not easily work without a second adapter on the steering wheel side of the column.
Here was some info Adam sent me a while back:

I'm (Adam) running the newer gen 3 version of the NRG hub: https://www.amazon.com/NRG-Steering-Wheel-Quick-Release/dp/B005U8IRYI/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=nrg+gen+3+hub&qid=1581953028&sr=8-1
