Anyone wrap their own hood?

Just wondering how difficult it would be for someone with no experience to wrap the hood on one of these. I assume it can be done in a single piece?

We did. We used two pieces because the company we used didn't go that large. It was a pain and it really helps if you know the techniques.

I did mine in a single piece. It was my first time wrapping anything. It's not perfect but I'm still happy with the results. I watched a lot of videos on how to apply it. I did find that when the garage was pretty warm the wrap was more tacky and difficult to get it to lay right. When I did another section it was cooler and I had an easier time moving and lifting the wrap to get any wrinkles out.

I wrapped my own hood, and had generally acceptable results, but I was looking for better than that. So I unwrapped it and went the plastidip route.
