Haven't updated in quite some time...the engine we slapped in ended up having a crazy amount of ring blow-by that was causing some big problems. I have acquired an engine in much better condition and will doing a mild build over the winter so that the car is ready to go again next spring!

Hello again! Engine #3 is almost completely swapped in the car and ready to go! During teardown of engine #2 it was discovered that we failed to check the intake manifold for blown engine debris from engine #1 so after it was reassembled that debris quickly found its way back into the cylinders causing that engine to fail. Live and learn! Hopefully engine #3 lasts a little longer!

We finally finished building the trailer out of a Cobalt donor shell! I picked the shell up from another Goblin builder that's fairly close to me since mine went to the scrapper 3 years ago. We changed a few parts out to make it look almost identical to my donor though! The build took longer than anticipated but it turned out pretty awesome I think!

Thanks! The wheels are Drag DR-64. I really wanted the stock wheels but everyone wanted a million dollars for them and then I found these for next to nothing so that's what it got!
No, the ones bolted to the front of the trailer.

Theyre a classically good looking wheel.

Are they 17x10? What back spacing? I ask because I think those are the wheels that Id like on my goblin when time comes to order.

Had a bit of an incident at autocross yesterday. Picked a fight with the wall and the wall won! Unfortunately I wasn't recording so there's no footage of the incident. I haven't torn it apart yet to assess all of the damage but so far it appears that the frame is fine and I'll just need some suspension parts. I emailed DF about getting some replacements so hopefully I hear back in a decent amount of time.

Car is back together and should be good to go! I'll get it out and test it today to make sure. I messed up the stainless brake line while putting it together but I didn't want to wait to get a new one to test so I found this rubber one at Oreilly that's meant for a Hyundai Veloster. It's not a perfect fit but it was close enough to get by until the new line shows up.
