Just wanted to make sure something wasn't right. I got a new rack and wasn't sure if it was off or the hole. :)

Found the small piece I broke off trying to remove the broken dip stick.

removed and reinstalled oil pan.
installed new dipstick tube
scratch my head with the clutch line still!!!!!!!
installed fuse box
waiting on BCM :/
figuring out missing piece from the kit. Seems like either you need extra coated clamps or I'm missing a few among some things.

If anyone can help me with what is needed for the clutch line. What is needed between the DF supplied line and the slave cylinder?

Fueling system completed. Installed new lines instead of using factory. Will see if it holds. If not then rubber it is.
Completed the cooling system as well.
Next is to install the BCM which im still waiting on and then doing fluids and I should be able to start. :)

Thank you to @OptimizePrime for getting me the Clutch piece I was missing. The only thing left there is to tie down the pipe underneath the tank when I install the parking brake.

Installed the subframe, tranny mounts, and exhaust manifold. Powder coated all the front suspension and rear suspension parts. Should be getting my BCM back today and first start sometime this weekend! :cool:

Got the BCM back and installed. Installed the kick plate temporarily with rivnuts for easy removal. Went to prime the fuel lines and massive leaks.

First one was I never realized or looked at the fuel filter inlets to see they are different size pipes and put the same size quick disconnects on.
Second was the fuel injectors. During this whole assembly and cleaning part I replaced the injector seals and I believe I put the wrong ones in. I Also noticed the receiver end on the fuel rail of one that was leaking badly was bent and not sitting like the others. I ordered some new injectors and a fuel rail to make sure it is sealed. Fuel ruined some paint on the engine luckily it is on the firewall side :).

Anyone know the nut size for the hubs to front plates?
How about size of carriage bolts for seats?
seats belt bolts?
headlight mount bolt size?
