Someone is willing to sell me all of the parts, and a VIN number/title , from a 2019 Golf R with less than 50,000 miles. I’ve seen the car and the motor. It’s in great shape other than rear end damage. I’m trying to make a fair offer on the list below. I can pull all of the parts myself. Do you have any advice on what to offer?

co-parts or iaai auctions close frequently and those give real market value. . . I picked up a mostly immaculate GXP solstice for $2800 with some front-end damage and I drove it into the trailer- there were only 781 of those made. (it did take me a 26-hour drive to go get it though) So I certainly wouldn't go higher than that. I have 6(?) cobalt donor cars thus far, similar milage, in every configuration and those I paid $800 to $1100 each

Bottom line is you just need to figure out what this person's insurance is telling him what the salvage is worth and go a wee bit higher.

Also, you could kind of go with a U-pull-it type of pricing. . .they usually list major components on their web pages - thinks like engines 500, transmissions 250 type of thing regardless of model car. they won't likely have that year in the yard tho.
