Set Screw for Rear?

I have just been checking over the rear brakes and noticed that there is no set screw at all for the rear brakes. Is that normal / why were they made like that, the disc doesn't have a way to lock in besides the wheel.

Those little screws didn’t become a thing until recently. Most of them disappear after the first brake job anyways. The goblin/cobalt didn’t have those.

Lol Living in a part of the country that uses salt in the winter those screws are a major pain. Always seized in requiring additional time to get them out and the brake job pays the same.

Exactly. After a couple of years, rust holds things in tight anyway; no set screw needed!
