I'll buy that Quad Pass End Plate. I am guessing I need to modify the other side of the intercooler, as the coolant will enter one side and exit the other side if it is a quad pass?
I'll buy the Engine Cover Vent Filter (New) - $10 too.

Yes if you are trying to create a quad pass, it would go in one side and out the other with some modification. This is the single/quad pass end plate. In the stock option it goes in one plate port, then in and out of the cores in a zig zag pattern, then out the other plate port. ZZP also offers a dual pass option which is this part modified into 1 in port, and 2 out ports on the same side so the coolant flows in and out of 2 cores at the same time.

Ah, 4 passes before it leaves the intercooler. Okay, well I will use it to attempt my first TIG modified intercooler.
