This recent activity has made me realize I didn’t post anything after my June 30, 2019 post. I’ll try to catch up.

After seats, I focused on headlights.

Here are the links:

5-3/4 5.75" inch LED Headlight...
Hozan Black 5.75" LED Headlight...

Next, some mirror wiring and gauge buttons...

Here, the goblin sits ready for inspection. This was July 18.
Kansas Highway Patrol was great and came to the house to inspect. They had a ton of question out of interest, and about three questions for the “inspection.”
Horns, turn signals, mirrors, headlights, “this harnesses look better than seatbelts.”

That was it.

Good looking car you have there!

Kind of funny, the picture of your personalized plate. Show off! Whilst other struggle to even get it legal, you take it one step further and personalize it. I know, others have done it also. Just some reason it really struck me as funny tonight.

Here’s my son, excited for his now-weekly drive.

Also...safety first.

At some point this last winter I pulled apart the cluster to tape over some nuisance messages.

Yes, Chad, I’m very lucky to live in a state that respects the hobby. But with the good comes the bad...

Did I do justice to the orange?

With matching stroller, and matching go cart, matching labels on all the bins, matching leaf blower. Nice!

Reminds me a lot of mine. Seems like it was just yesterday when my radiator didn't have any chips in the paint, the seats weren't faded from the sun, and the tires were still black.

I think you'll like those headlights. They're a huge upgrade over stock.

I guess I had forgotten that you're in Wichita. Road trip.

I went to tech school in Wichita. Lived on South Seneca. That was 33 years ago. I think the school is gone now. I can't find any reference to it. It was called Amtech.

Zac, if I could ask, what size are your wheels and tires? I skimmed the thread for it, but sorry if I missed it.

Thanks.

FYI you can easily take off the black trim, lift up the black plastic cover and put tape beneath the plastic trim and above the white box underneath, I did mine in about 5 minutes and it looks flawless... no black tape seen.
Good to know. I’ll have to redo this...
