No, never played around with reprograming the TCM, really left the TCM alone all this time. I've done a bunch with tuning the MAF and VE tables in the ECU.
Hp tuners is great, it lets you disable the check engine light for some of these items. I’ve turned it off for the evap, and the missing o2 sensor. So if the light comes on now, I know there’s a new issue.

Before building v1 I had no mechanical experience whatsoever. It was a great experience building it and the community here is super helpful when you need help. I’m not concerned at all with an early frame number. It’s going to be a great time building it!
For my original built, I had a ton of rust on my car and was only able to sell the wheels/tires off it. I'm not budgeting to be able to sell any parts from my new build. It'll be a nice bonus for an upgrade if it happens.
