    what was compression on all 4 cylinders? - 150 at cylinder 1 and 4, 120 at 2 and 3. This is why I am leaning towards head gasket at this time. BUT could this "low but still within range pressure" account for the lack of boost and also the whining the closer I got to the house?

    Yes smokes at idle. I agree even if the head gasket is bad now the turbo should make boost. My initial assessment was the turbo failed. But due to lack of oil or coolants found I kinda moved on to timing and possibly head gasket. I pulled the valve cover due to easy. But waiting on forum...

    2 drive logs ago - 22 psi, no changes were made physically regarding the PSI. 2 updated tunes were uploaded since then. GRRR we were nearly complete with the tuning. It was looking good and driving amazing as well.
