I’m sure there’s some sort of error in both the turn method and the DF method. My angle gauge doesn’t fit on the bolts where they measure from but getting it to sit perfectly in line with the car and vertically on just the bolts seems like it could be inconsistent. As for the 3d printed mounts...

so long as one is positive camber and the other is negative you can just add them. If they are both positive or both negative you gotta take the difference
probably would scratch it a bit. My frame is already scratched up so it doesn't bother me a ton. I've cut radiator hose in half before when clamping stuff and that generally protects it
Cross post in the DIY front end alignment thread I have made adapters to use with diyfabshop's laser alignment system. My adapter uses a worm gear clamp and 3 1/4-20 rivnuts. Laser alignment system can be found on here on DIYFabShop's website.

Love the package scales idea! is the underside/body of the scales plastic or did you find a set that was fully metal? I used a set a while ago but the plastic body started to crack after a few uses and they lost their accuracy...

The FM hub stands were decently accurate from what I could tell. It’s the same old garbage in garbage out type of situation. If you don’t use big washers on at least three lug nuts you could visually see them bending away from the hubs, another issue was making sure the ground you are aligning...
