Im pretty sure they do cnc as well. Its out of China and I use the cheapest shipping option. Takes a few weeks to get it.

Check out JLCPCB.COM. They have 3d printing (metal and pa12 nylon), cnc and are cheaper than xometry

I have had one since before he first offered them on here. It was pretty loud. I added one of the exhaust cones from zzp and it made a big difference. Still loud, but not horrible in my opinion.
