I can certainly talk how to make this a two seater…would not be that difficult. Relocate the electronics and gauge panel, add the second seat along with safety belts. As for making street legal, believe it would vary from state to state. Would definitely need the brake lights, turn signals...

Just the stock mounts as they come on frame and hood from DF…I used 1/4” short bolt/nylon lock nut on each side for hinge pin

Here are photos of my hood….lifts all the way up. I cut the windshield so it wouldn’t hit the bars and made a plate that bolts under radiator. Simple bolt comes off hood and holds it real well….pretty simple, but effective design

I have a stand alone wiring harness so not worried about them...throttle position sensor I still remain, but others I don’t

Yeah, -20 wouldn’t fit.....-16 is about perfect with prob .125 gap or so (estimate)
