Ooof.... Could have bent arms perhaps but not sure the best way to verify that unless you can possibly see cracking in the powder coat somewhere. Being aluminum, definitely inspect the knuckles and tie rod mounts very closely for any hairline fracturing. Just my initial .02...

Finally getting around to installing this thing. I too had to drill out the lockout rivet and replace w/ a bolt. Still on the edge of the bolt being long enough and the arm sliding into place on it's own. I also considered adding a different hole for the spring to put more torsional preload on...

Yeah I kind of like the thread on cap. Hopefully it prints such that there's a little resistance/friction between the two halves so it won't free spin. I can see it working loose and flying off going down the highway :D. This is my kind of luck anyway

Sometimes I find it easier for simpler parts like this to just take some accurate measurements (using calipers not a ruler) of the important features/dimensions and model it from scratch.

Most importantly it sounds like it was caught fairly quick, thinking you'll be back out and about in no time.

From what I can tell, it looks like the front firewall panel and floor panels appear to be the only for sure need to be replaced. They appear to be riveted so really just a matter of drilling all of those out. Far as the square tube up front, DF can supply you that piece, I know this...
