This would've been my last resort but, thankfully, BC Racing got back to me quickly. Just to update this is the information they've provided: Given that we don't use the bump stops as used on the Cobalt configuration, it looks like there is 120mm of useable stroke.

Thanks Ross. I did find the replacement part number and a video on Youtube explaining the part number. I was trying to determine the useable stroke on the damper so I can setup my suspension properly. 280 is the body length, 130 is shaft length without threaded section, MF1 is valving design...

Without creating a new thread, does anyone know off hand the stroke length of the damper used in the rear suspension? I can't find any information online. It looks like based on the part number, the rod length (not including the threaded section) is 130mm but I can't confirm if this is the full...

I did try that but the washer I had may have been too thick. Although, without a shim, it would seem centered over the rotor so don't think that will solve the issue entirely. From posting in the FB group, it seems DF had supplied them shaved already. Not sure why mine were not as they are from...

Not true. Many documented users on forum that used WaterWetter and distilled water in the heat exchanger system. The engine cooling system is a different story If you had corrosion in the intake manifold's endplate, there may have been some sort of infiltration with bad o-rings or leaky...
