I got this from Walmart, its brand is Budge and the size I got was #4. Fits very well but doesn’t wrap underneath of the tires while it’s off the ground. If you’re taking the tires off it should be perfect. Last winter I put the goblin on furniture dollies for storage.

What are you referencing to do the timing? I used the cloyes video on YouTube and had no issues ; Here’s a ZZP video of timing on the LSJ; Since you’re in there with the chain off it may be beneficial to redo it using this video.

My career has been in HVAC and Mechanical Engineering. I joined a sheet metal union local to me when I graduated highschool. I worked in a sheet metal fabrication shop for a bit but made my way into the field welding in mostly lab, pharmaceutical, and healthcare applications. moved to a...

You need to install a diode in the power wire to the fan, when you turn the car off the fan back feeds power and keeps the car running for a few seconds. I can ship you some diodes if you want as I have extra. Just PM me your address and I’ll mail them out today or tomorrow.

My understanding of it is the much shorter intake tube causes problems and the MAF needs to be calibrated at the new location. I havnt messed with it too too much. I calibrated the MAF sensor, volumetric efficiency table, and scaled for larger injectors in HP Tuners. My car runs a lot better...

V1 LeoZug's Montana Street Goblin - '05 Cobalt SS donor

This is more than likely able to be smoothed out with tuning, either taking it somewhere or buying HP Tuners and doing it yourself. I had erratic idle and random shut offs when first running the engine too. I will say buying the HP Tuners MPVI and learning myself was a great experience and...

have you tried jumping the car with another vehicle? Could just be your battery. is all of your dash and the front of the car hooked up? Minus lights, those will not make a difference. You will need the cluster, powersteering, and ignition/VATS hooked up. Also, could try banging on the starter...

The body to engine plug is wired into the main harness, it should be near your fuse box.

    V1 Matt3458's Daily Goblin - 2006 SS/SC #480

This sounds like something I experienced. the cause of my issue was that the pins on my fuse box for the crank relay were likely spread apart when I was checking power with a multimeter and jammed the test prongs into the slots. I too was able to jump the crank relay and it would crank. Never...

I ordered some Dorman quick connects from Amazon and installed the fuel filter under the coolant tank. I think it made for a clean install and shortened the amount of fuel line I had to buy. Just an idea I saw on the forum and liked the location and look.
