Crossmember

Ok so I got the crossmember put today. It looks like a bolt had broken for the sway bar and someone drilled a new bolt hole.
1st question- what on the goblin bolts into those holes? Trying to see if I need to get the broken bolt out or get a new crossmember.
2nd question, are the brackets that the lower radiator supports retained and used for something!

1 - The Goblin could use a custom front sway bar, but a rear one (well the front one on a Cobalt) is not usually used.
2 - The brackets for the radiator can be used to strap the parking brake cables, but I removed them on my goblin. They don't support anything on a goblin.

One of the brackets for the radiator I think i used to mount the ambient air temp sensor also.
