I'm so sad that I let two Cobalt's go today from the impound auction.

1. 2 door, supercharged, 5 speed, had keys and no body damage. 855.00$ (bronze color)

2. 2 door, NA engine, 5 speed, no keys and very light cosmetic. 805.00$ (blue color)

Wish I could have helped put another Goblin on the road for someone. Let me know if you are looking for something -- I might be able to help?

Well. now I'm even more sad!! Look at the prices of these -- just engines -- I think there were 2.2 engines listed for more than what the auction whole cars were. If you guys find an engine, you probably ought to get it if you have the funds to do so. They are very hard to find - as you already know.

It was interesting that there doesn't even seem to be interest in the Cobalt. Ford Focus, Kia, Nissan, and even an old 1997 Honda civic sold for more than the Cobalt's.. I've never seen a Cobalt go for more than these two did today and that is because they were NA 2.2 automatic.

I'm going to go lay down!
