F35 trans quick disconnect

So I have an interesting problem that seems to persist. I’ve replaced the slave cylinder and the small clutch pipe before this just for a heads up.
My clutch will work one day, then give up the next morning. My fix is disconnect the block, put it back on in the sequence, then bleed it. Then it’s good as new. It was worse with an aftermarket block so I put the stock one back on.
Today I moved the car around and it was fine. Two hours later it’s soft and assume it’s leaking into the bell housing. Just took the block off and put it back on, bled it twice and good as new.
I’m curious to see if I need a THIRD clutch block or if the aftermarket seal caused issues cause I think I changed it all back to stock.
And I know someone will ask, yes I checked that I didn’t have two seals lol.

Have you tried bleeding it without removing the elbow? You are likely pulling air somewhere. If you had a leak inside the bell housing it would eventually show up. It’s not sealed liquid tight.
Or you might have a master cylinder starting to fail.

Yeah I bleed it through that little bleeder screw at the side. I thought about the master cylinder going out but wasn’t sure how it would cause it to leak through the elbow into the trans.

Where does removing the block/elbow come into play? Does just bleeding fix it?
What do you mean by leaking through the elbow into the transmission?

The block is where it seems to momentarily fix it. Bleeding only lasts for a day to two weeks so far. It will lineal through the bottom of the block down into the bell housing if enough leaks.

So you are chasing a leak not just a soft clutch pedal? Can you see it leaking at the elbow when someone pushes on the clutch?
It’s a soft pedal. But it completely went out. I can see fluid on the clutch pipe through that little view port on top of the trans.

So you're saying it is leaking at this nipple that connects to the block? And it is leaking into the clutch cavity between the engine and transmission?

That has to be the o-ring then, since it creates the seal between the block and the nipple. The o-ring is being installed onto the nipple end (groove) and not placed into the block?

Are you certain there is no o-ring in the block already - there are other builders who swore it was not there, but ended up having the extra one pushed into the block causing the leak.

Is the clip being installed correctly into the block to hold it onto the nipple?

Or is the nipple cracked - it is plastic - and only leaking under pressure?

Yeah that’s what im talking about. I’m assuming it’s leaking but I can’t fully tell because there was leftover fluid in the case from the first failure and it takes a bit to drain out over time. I know it’s not fully pooled up anymore because now it’s not touching the flywheel and spitting out. I might replace the master cylinder just in case it is the main culprit since I’ve changed the Throwout. The plastic is all new from the new clutch pipe.

Spray a bunch of brake cleaner into the cavity and give it a couple of days to drip out. If it keeps dripping, then you have a leak. Fluid out can mean air in and soft pedal.

So my dad drove the car earlier and said he had to pump it up to drive it. The leak doesn’t seem to have stopped so I’m assuming it’s the clutch pipe/elbow connection. It’s just strange cause it’s all brand new stuff.

I just changed to the other clutch elbow that’s technically brand new from ZZP. I took the plastic view port off the trans and watched it leak down the clutch pipe. I cleaned the seals and checked the clutch pipe and everything looks clean. I don’t know why it still pushes out of the nipple.
