Fast Blinkers

What makes the blinkers blink so fast. I know they blink fast if one of the bulbs are out. But for all the lights to be working I did‘t know if there was someway to slow them down. Not hooked up to be towed just all bye it‘s little lonesone.

So has anyone else had any luck with installing the resistors for the turn flash speed? I have tried with no luck I get the same speed no mater what I try. I understand the whole resistance being less with the LED but I do have incandescent turns next to my head lamps, I have the LED mirror...
