Anyone have a left over cobalt horn? Mine works, but recently started sounding like its under water. Willing to buy and pay shipping. Let me know

Anthony, I have the Cobalt horn. Just drive over and pick it up Saturday or Sunday. I will not be using it.

that's what I'm going with too. I wanted a siren speaker off of one of our police cars for air horn function, but didn't want to add a large siren amplifier to push it.
