Identifying these connections

I’m new here to the forum and in the middle of my build, #484 and we can’t ID or find where these four plugs go.
Also, we have power but it won’t start and have checked all the grounds which are good.

Mine is a base model and is an automatic.

#3 is for the ambient light sensor. Not needed for startup, but it is fun to be able to tell people this contraption you built has automatic headlights.
#4 might be one of the ignition switch plugs?
edit edit: I think #4 is the Ignition Lock Cylinder Control Solenoid. Should be right around the ignition switch.

Not sure on the first one/two as I had a different donor. Wire colors and the year of your donor might help others.
edit: crankshaft position sensor is a three wire sensor on the front of the block, and is grey, brown/white, and pink/black, at least in an '06 LSJ.

Thank you! We figured out the crank sensor. The ignition switch already has its two plugs. Thank you again. I’ll try to get more involved with the forum, just very busy at the momen.

Still think that's what #4 is even if it's not on the ignition switch. Makes sense too that I wasn't familiar with it because I don't think it's used on a manual trans car (MN5 = auto).

If you want more better + more faster help in the future, make sure you update your signature with your build info. There's a link in my signature on how to do that!

Yes, you were right, we found where it went on the switch!

I will update my info when things aren’t to hectic.

Thank you again!.

Doesn't one of the ignition switch connectors look like an identical connector that goes to something else close - I'm recalling the accelerator pedal - it should have two connections if I remember correctly?
