Just one of my crazy test ideas

Purchased a 2005 Scion xb for wife a few years ago with 95k miles. At 100k I pulled the plugs (den so double iridium) and decided to see how long they would last rather than replace. Regapped them, cleaned and applied anti seize to threads, dielectric and reinstalled. Did this several times over the years but 235k seemed to be the limit. Pictured below may be one of the most worn double iridium plugs you will ever see. No real reason for doing this other than cheap and curiosity.

Nice. I let mine go a long longer than the recommended 100k, on my work trucks, but not 200k. They can handle it though.
