I have this symbol showing a lock. My key works to turn on the car but the start circuit will NOT engage. I can not find the issue. Could this be the problem?

Has anything changed since the video you posted that you had it running?

That could be a problem if you are using a different key that’s not programmed or the connector came unplugged from the VATS on the ignition switch.

That is your VATS (Vehicle anti theft system) light.
What did you change that makes it think it is stolen?
I was able to turn off VATS on my 06 donor (With HP Tuners), but I don't think you can do that with the newer 08-10 models.
Do you know the key relearn procedure for your car?

The ignition in the donor did not work. It had a separate start button wire directly to the starter. I don’t like this because it’s not safe and I’m trying to get it into the proper configuration. I did find the reprogramming method for the key and I will try it tomorrow. Apparently it only takes 30 minutes
