New Member - Anyone register a goblin in CT?

I have looked through a number of posts on state registrations and recently dealt with getting a JDM vehicle registered in CT as they have recently changed inspection rules. The Goblin would fall under the “composite vehicle“ requirements for CT. I was interested if anyone has or knows of someone that has registered a Goblin for street use in CT. Like to know it can be done successfully without substantial modification before I commit funds.

I only know of one (Chassis 32) in CT. Not sure if it is complete/registered.
