Assuming nothing up there is tweaked, how bad of an idea would it be to try to graft the full frame bars onto a street frame?

The track cage up top is only marked from storage, no actual damage to the frame on top. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

I have that graft on my frame.
My frame was sleeved (an inner tube placed in the A pillars) before adding the full frame bars.
Just make sure the welds are good.
And since the frame is powder coated, you will have to do some extra work. I have paint on my frame, so touchup was easy.
