Steering

I wasn't sure where to post this as there wasn't a sub for steering of any sort. Is there a way to shorten (move the wheel towards the front of the car) the position of the steering wheel? I feel it is too close to me. Appreciate the thoughts, options and what others have done.

if you shorten it make sure you have room between the top of the wheel and windshield. A few builders have lowered their wheels adding a spacer between the mount.

what steering wheel are you using?

Here's one post on moving to manual steering and shifting the wheel position: https://www.dfkitcar.com/forum/inde...0-ss-tc-168-registered.1314/page-2#post-27768

If you want to retain the power steering and only want to move the wheel in a little, you can relocate these two bolts further in.
