Threadlocker question

I assume these bolts have threadlocker already applied. Am I correct? Any reason to add anymore?

These are the flywheel and clutch plate bolts.

I always wondered if mixing threadlocker would cause an issue. Kind of like mixing grease of different soap types. If added more to bolts that had it from the factory, but wondered in the back of my mind if that was a bad idea.
