Tie Rod Ends (front)

The Tie Rods I have on the front only have 8 full turns on the threads. That seems like it's just not enough. I don't know if there is a spec for this but it just doesn't seem to be enough. Anyone else have this issue?

Are those tie rod ends from the donor or the kit?

They were KIT supplied. And I believe the box they came in was labeled "Front". I just took it off of the front & put a donor Rod end on and it is around 20 turns (way better). But then swapped the kit supplied Rod End to the rear and it's only 6 turns. NOTE: I am just eyeballing the wheels straight but I'm sure they are pretty close.

The short length tie rods go to the front. Long ones will be for the rear.

That is what I had but had only 8 turns of the Tie Rod on the steering shaft. Just does not seem to be enough.

8 threads is 2 more than the nut has. It will be fine, don't worry. The extra depth is for adjustability.
