Where did you install your 12V outlet? Need some ideas

I don't have a 12V outlet, but I do have a Bluetooth audio solution and a dual-port USB charger. Interchangeable with whatever.

The green arrows point to the12V accessory plug in the dash, and the center tunnel. The red circles are the temporary wiring to the seat heaters, which use one accessory plug. Both plugs use the stock Cobalt accessory plug and wires.

Flip it up, will it fit above the dash bar and below the hood?

Not sure, I have to test that. Good idea. Would prevent my kids from kicking it. ( Their feet can already reach the dashboard in the center LOL)
