Where to hook up gas fill vent and gas tank vent?

The kit comes with a plastic t that I assume ties the two together, but where are all of you connecting the end of the vent to?

It vents to atmosphere, down at the bottom of the car. I was told it goes to the bottom in case of a roll over, the fuel will not drain out. Plus it allows the fuel to be pumped in faster without the pump kicking off. This is how I did mine. It runs over to the center vertical post and down to the bottom.
