Long story short, I need to replace my laminova cores as it appears I damaged them pulling them out

Looks like this is the go to for disassembly of the LSJ intake manifold.

Not sure if you found a set of them yet but here is an intake on eBay that will have them in it. You can get the upgraded orings for reinstall from ZZPerformance. Good luck
