I’m sure the ZZP header makes it louder, but you can’t compare yours to videos on YouTube. A microphone doesn’t capture the audio the same as in real life. Microphones have a certain frequency range that they can accurately pic up and I’m sure a lot of the use videos are using cell phones.

That’s the deal I’d go with. Half the mileage and it’s boosted. Little more money but worth it IMO.

I would leave the stock dampener unless you plan on running a BRFPS because the dampener will help hold the fuel pressure up to the stock (52?) lbs. the reason for the adapter from OTTP is to allow the BRFPS to dynamically regulate the fuel pressure based on the boost.

I wired mine to the driver side radiator fan plug. Don’t remember the color wire off hand, I’ll have to check when I get home.

There’s a water coolant line to the turbo as well. Could potentially be a bad seal internally?

Email DF support and ask. Mine came with the kit, but I had to buy the second one for the secondary heat exchanger. I believe it comes with a fan if you didn’t select the NACA ducts option

New tune, new logs. Thing pulls strong when boost kicks in around 3k-3500rpm. Boost gauge jumped from 0 to 20 PSI real quick haha.

Remove the valve cover and timing cover, look for those marks like you mentioned to be in those positions. If it’s not, keep rotating the engine until they are. It’s very specific like “cylinder 1, TDC on the compression stroke” kind of thing.

Everyone is over thinking this. Get a bike lock, wrap your front wheel spoke to the control arm or frame.

First is the body to dash connector (one in your hand). Second is the ECM connector. The twisted data pair I don’t remember going to the ECM connector, but it’s been well over a year.
