I would be surprised if the mini van doesn’t still have separate wires for brake and turn signals but I would not know for sure without looking at a wiring diagram.
I don’t think the premade trailer harnesses have anything in them but wire. But I haven’t wired one on anything newer than the Goblin, and of course it only needed wire. Maybe the newer stuff with led as oem might be more complicated.
Have you looked to see if there is a direct plug in trailer harness for you mini-van? There probably is. Unless you wired the trailer yourself, it should use a standard flat plug. If you wired it to use something else, it will be easier to fix the trailer to match the standard.
And quit trying...
So I assume the low pressure pump went out? You need to check fuel pressures, both high and low to confirm. But I don’t think It’s likely that you will need an upgraded low pressure pump. And I’m not sure there is a simple drop in upgrade.
Sleeving the square tube might be possible to avoid having to pull back the cooling hoses. But no way I would not do something with it. It helps provide bracing for the front A arm mount.
Start with tracking down exactly is clicking that loudly. There are relays on mine that click, but nothing like that. That sounds like a starter solenoid clicking on a dead battery. Unless you have the phone laying on the fuse box.
And I don't know that a leak in this area would contaminate the clutch. At least to the point of ruining it. When I had the double seal issue, I just sprayed the inside of the bell housing with brake cleaner and let it set for a few days, and no problems since.
What is the clicking sound?
Even if you know it's electric, we can still only guess what it might be without more data to work with. At some point you will have to do systematic check to figure it out. Or again, hook it to something that records live data.
Without reading all of this thread, are you doing the basic troubleshooting? Have you checked fuel pressure? Have you put a live data scanner on it when acting up? Anything we give you based upon the most recent symptoms will be wild guesses only.
If it is acting up more than its running, you...
Too much rear camber to me but it might be hard to get it less than that.
Just make sure you have your "average" weight in the car when setting the alignment. If you are normally going to have a passenger, that weight needs to be in the car also.
