V1 ABS staying hot?

So I’ve finally wired up the heat exchanger system and have the pump connected to the main abs block. The issue is that it’s not key on, but just on all the time. Does anyone know if it’s a ground issue or does it need a separate relay?

My notes show it should be on fuse block X5 pin B2 which is ignition voltage so should only be powered when the switch is on. It should be powered by the run/crank relay. Pull that relay and see if the pump cuts off.

I used a test light on both the ABS 40 amp and the ABS3 15 amp fuse and they are both always hot regardless of the key.

The 40 and the other pins as well as that whole row of fuses stay hot regardless of the key.

It should be on the 10 amp abs2 fuse.

And it should be a pink wire.

I see now. I wasn’t sure if I could run one directly from the main ABS port. Thanks for the help!
