What does it take for you guys to leave a bad review?
My wife and I are having a 2nd child in August, need more room, so we sold her low mileage, absolutely-nothing-wrong-with-it '19 Q5 here in the north east and snagged a great deal at a VW dealership on a '19 Q7... down in Florida. (No it's not a flood car) Purchased the car sight unseen after going rounds with the *sales guy, getting paperwork in order, days without hearing anything back from him, he calls me to say the A/C wasnt working during thier inspection and they want to fix it for me for free. Obvious the answer is yes, please. This takes days to fix, then goes to an Audi dealership to get programmed.
THIS TAKES 2 WHOLE WEEKS. TWO #$%&*@! WEEKS to program something in the A/C system? I dont think so. At this point I'm bent because at this point I patiently gave the *sales guy a WEEK without contact hoping he'd give me good news early in the week, but no. When I called on Thursday morning on week #2, magically it was "just being finished up and getting prepped for shipping logistics and should be picked up Friday or Saturday" -- I thought this was supermegaultra convenient but whatever, I'll have the car after this month long debacle.
Feb 3rd started talking to the sales guy about the car and we drew up paperwork.
Feb 6th Sirius trial activation started under my name.
Feb11th the a/c has already been being fixed for a couple days now.
Feb 12th paperwork completed. I own the car.
Feb27th it's been 14 days since the car was delivered or driven over to Audi to have the a/c module programmed (ive asked multiple times what was repaired and have never gotten a response. Just runaround)
Feb27th I message the *sales guy and get the "oh it's ready bullcrap"
I'm willing to put my last paycheck to say it was ready on the days prior, but didn't check on it until I started to raise my hand again.
Now it's Sunday March 2nd, I have no contact about the car being picked up, they're closed on Sundays and I have to call AGAIN to see where my car is LITERALLY ONE MONTH LATER!!
So where do you guys draw a line for a bad review?
