V1 Clock Spring Wiring for Quick Release

I'm going with the NRG quick release, hub and wheel and would like to keep the horn on the wheel. I broke my clock spring during the wheel removal though so need to buy a new one. However, I'm curious how those 2 connectors that went to the back of the wheel (airbag?) are going to wire up on the hub and quick release? The quick release has 2 female disconnect terminals if I'm not mistaken so I'm assuming I'll have to crimp 2 male disconnects on the clock spring side with the yellow wires. Any pictures would be very helpful.

My 06 SC Cobalt clock spring has 10 wires on it. Originally radio controls, cruise controls & horn. I hooked up a horn button to the DF supplied wheel. The DF steering wheel interfered with the Cobalt clock spring connector, so I did cut away the black plastic sides of the cobalt connector, and used a female header pin connector. Luckily the Cobalt male pins were 1/10" spacing, just like standard pin connectors.

My car has the Cobalt ignition parts, so I'm not sure how this would work with all the DF steering parts.

I plan on reassembling my steering assembly like yours so I have the adjustable wheel. I don’t see the yellow cables on yours like the below picture. Do these just pull off? Thought these yellow cables went to the back of the steering wheel?

The yellow cables are the 4 pin connector to the old airbag, which I didn't use because we eliminated the rest of the system. Those 4 wires do go thru the clock spring, so I guess you could repurpose them for a new functionality. I left the Cobalt connector on the backside of the clock spring to the horn wires, only messed with the steering wheel side.
