lol. Theres just much of a reason to try and make big horsepower, when in the end, it will only barely keep up with any modern family mobile.

Went to another exotic C&C this morning. Ventured into Houston for this one. Lots of nice cars again. I still giggle that my little kit car if front and center with the expensive rides. Gotta hand it to one kid that asked me some questions. He was probably 13-14 at best. He asked “is this a DF goblin?” Yes it is. He knew a bit about it and wanted to see one. Maybe he will build
one, one day. There’s some hope for the car culture future with the youngsters.

Lots of 'bought not built' cars...but looks like a few that were built tho. The yellow '60s something with the hood open and 5.0 power, is that a Cobra Daytona or ??? Kind of an usual color if it is. The black '60s something sitting next to your Goblin, what was that - the headlight buckets are kinda short for a Ferrari or other Italian car? Lotus maybe?

yes. It was a Daytona with a modern 5.0 in it. Ac and all. It was very well done.

one of them lotus things I’m sure DaleE knows all about. Dude was super nice. He even races it. I don’t know why I didn’t get a better picture of it.

It was a fine piece, I tell ya. I knew what it was when I saw it, but couldn’t remember the name. I remember looking them up a while back and man, that would be a fun build.
