V1 Florida title (hopefully) soon

The time has finally come that I have submitted my paperwork for a title.

During the submission of my paperwork I was told by the "compliance expert" at the DMV that I would need pictures of the car and a couple other tangential articles. None of these items were present on the "assembled vehicle checklist" issued by the state. It is my opinion this person was looking for an excuse to dismiss me because in the end they accepted my money and paperwork for review.

I am curious if any other builders in Florida have experienced this also; specifically the ones using the Jacksonville DMV.
I submitted the Cobalt title, MCO, application for certificate of title (82040), statement of builder (84490), a weight slip from state certified scales, and receipts for the parts used including the one for the Goblin.

Was there any paperwork you missed?
Something not outlined in the assembled vehicle checklist?
What was your experience?

I went to the dhsmv in Ocala. A lot of places were very hesitant and so were they until they called DOT in Tallahassee. They were helpful after that chat. I just remember I couldn’t go to a regular DMV.

I tried back in 22 or 23 through the Pensacola office and they declared it an off highway vehicle. I tried to appeal but the inspection officer wasn't having any of it. So I went the Montana route, got a title and then a year later, transferred the title to FL and got a Florida plate without any issue. I'm in Utah now and the title transferred, no problem. The inspection officers in Florida have all the discretion and power to apply the law how they want.
