V1 Fooling the EVAP system

Does anyone know how to fool the EVAP system into thinking its working so you don't get an error code when it's removed?

HP tuners can turn off reporting of specific codes. Not sure if the 2.4L ECU is hacked by HP Tuners.

That's interesting, I didn't think of going that route. I'm nearing the end of working through the wiring harness and was thinking of a way to do it by adding a resister or something. Hardware as apposed to software.
